Liberian Silver Coins

Are there any additional premiums added to these coins like silver eagles or silver maples?

I picked one up today for $6.99, it is the nolan ryan commemorative $1 coin, in excellent shape and in an air-tight. I must confess I was going to title the thread 'today is a great day', but with prices being down I didn't enflame anyone....
